Participant Waiver Release Form
I know that running / walking a road race is potentially hazardous activity and I should not enter and run or walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/walking this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting my entry, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Fae's Helping Hand, Elite Massage Professionals, Puget Sound Massage Clinic, LLC, volunteers, sponsors and their representatives, employees, and successors from any claim's and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or carelessness of the persons named in the waiver. Further, I grant to all of the foregoing the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
Running & Walking Rules
1. Please Arrive early (at least 30 minutes) to check-in at the registration booth in your respected lines (according to your last name).
2. There will be FREE Sports Massage to all runners/walkers. You will receive a colored stamp on your hand to indicate that you are a runner or walker to receive a massage. A massage waiver form will need to be signed when you arrive at the massage station.
3. There will be no shoving, pushing, trampling, jumping into people at this event. It is a safe and fun event to get people active and to help towards the Fae's Helping Hand Fundraiser.
4. Please watch your children at all times.
5. Vendors will at the event, so you may want to bring extra cash to the event.
6. There will be no food vendors at this event, but there are many local restaurants, including the Lobster Shop (parking lot the event is at) to get something to eat afterwards.
7. Your stamp will also get you a bottle of water and an option of a banana or apple after your race.
8. You agree that if you bring any dog(s), they will remain on the leash at all times.
Dogs are not allowed to be with you during your run or walk. You must also scoop up after them, pack it in, pack it out. Nothing left behind. If this is too much responsibility for you, please leave the dogs at home. Thank you.Back To On Line Registration
